    Job Summary:Senior Helpers, a trusted provider of in-home care for seniors, is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA and HCA Caregivers for evening, day, and weekend shifts in Kennewick, WA. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors by providing quality care and companionship.Compensation & Benefits:In this part-time, or working up to full time as desired, hourly position, you will be compensated at a competitive hourly wage, with biweekly payments. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including training opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.Responsibilities:- Assisting seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation- Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors- Administering medications as directed by the client's healthcare team- Reporting changes in the client's condition to the supervisor- Maintaining accurate records of care provided- Following all safety protocols and infection control measures- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals- Upholding the company's mission and values in all interactionsRequirements:- Must be 18 years or older

    - Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA)- Minimum of 6 months experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test- Reliable transportation to get to your shifts on time- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude- Ability to work independently and follow care plans- Willingness to attend training and further education as requiredEEOC Statement:Senior Helpers is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
