About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Help with mobility and movement, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
- Engage residents in recreational activities to promote social interaction.
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Arkansas.
- Previous experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and drug screening required.
