Position Summary:
As a CNA Caregiver, you will provide personalized, hands-on care and emotional support to clients in their homes. Your role helps clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while offering peace of mind to their families.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
- Provide medication reminders (in accordance with state guidelines).
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe environment.
- Accurately document care provided.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to assist with lifting or moving clients as needed.
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
