We are looking to grow our team of caregivers and are seeking a dedicated, compassionate individual who shares our goal of spreading joy to our clients. Key Qualifications:

 

  • This position is Part Time
  • Previous experience in caregiving required
  • Salary is between $15 and $18 depending upon experience 
  • 3rd shift availability is a plus
  • CNA license in NC Required
  • Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of seniors
  • Monday - Sunday 7am - 7pm availability is a plus
  • 3rd shift availability a plus
  • Willingness to do on-call shifts to cover unexpected call-outs
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
  • Clean background check required
  • Health Insurance is provided (including Dental and Vision)
  • Willing to travel to Guilford, Davidson, Randolph and Montgomery Counties

Responsibilities:

  • Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including housekeeping, errands, eating, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and more as needed
  • Collaborate with the client’s care team to provide updates and report any important health changes
  • Ensure that each client’s care needs are met with compassion and professionalism

As a caregiver on our team, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing the lives of seniors in our community. You’ll provide the kind of care that helps seniors maintain their independence and age comfortably in their own homes, instead of being placed in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or other care settings. Every client’s needs are unique, and we ensure that caregivers and clients are matched for the best possible fit.

Your role may involve assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) like grooming, eating, walking, bathing, dressing, and helping clients engage in hobbies they love. It’s not just about helping with the basics – it’s about making a real, meaningful difference every day.
