What You'll Do
As a Caregiver/Home Care Aide, you'll help seniors maintain their independence by:
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Monitoring for fall risks and ensuring client safety
- Assisting with light daily tasks such as taking out the trash and retrieving the mail
- Preparing nutritious meals and providing medication reminders
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's health, mood, or behavior
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate, dependable, and punctual individuals
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping seniors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
