About the Role:
Lady's Care Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Caregiver to join our growing team in Nashville, TN AND SURROUNDING AREAS. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record patient vitals, health changes, and overall well-being
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Support mobility and safe transfers, including use of assistive devices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team regarding client needs and changes in condition

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification or Caregiver experience in a home care or clinical setting
• Valid Tennessee CNA license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Nashville area
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
