CPR/Standard First Aid (through the American Red Cross)
Medication Administration (taught by registered nurse)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADL's) such as personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration
- Respond to medical or behavioral needs following established procedures
- Encourage individuals to engage in social, recreational, and skill building activities
- Document individual progress of goals, incidents/observations and interventions in individual portal
- Light housekeeping, maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Commit to working at RSI Community for 6 months

Available Shifts:
First Shift Positions:
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Second Shift Positions:
Sunday 8:30am-8:30pm - Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-9pm
Tuesday-Friday 2:30pm-9pm - Saturday 8:30am-8:30pm
Third Shift Positions:
Various days from 10:30pm-8:30am
Part Time:
Days and hours vary depending on operational needs, with a typical schedule of 1–2 days per week.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Driver's License Required for most positions
CNA Certification Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals
