Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a
CNA / Certified Nurse Assistant – LTC for our client in
Vestal, NY 13850. This is a

Position Title: CNA / Certified Nurse Assistant – LTC
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 Weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule: Days/Evening/Night (5x8)/ (12*3)
Pay rate: $21 - $24 /hr.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Provide basic patient care and support
- Monitor and report patient condition changes
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort
- Work closely with nurses and care teams
- Float between units as needed
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- At least 1 year experience required
- Active New York CNA License (Required at submission – no license hits)
- BLS Certification
- Experience in LTC / Rehab / SNF preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Local candidates accepted
