MUST BE able to deliver VIP Concierge Level Home Health Care
- This is care delivery in the private homes of individual clients,
you are not responsible for 7 - 14 patients/clients.
- Experience in an Assisted Living Memory Care Unit is a plus

Must ALWAYS wear scrubs, mask, and badge during all working hours
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, and the candidate must be able to provide a valid CDC card
- Assist Clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Must deliver care and companionship as directed in the Care Plan and detailed in the shift task list.
- Position requires the ability to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.
- Must have reliable personal transportation and have a valid Driver's License to arrive at multiple assignments in a timely fashion
- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing in English
- Must have current CPR/First Aid Certification and current TB Test (within last 2 years)
Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
