CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Day shift flex

Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) contract opportunity with our LTC facility in Hallock, MN.

Pay Rate:

• $28.00/hr (local candidate pay rate)
• $1,256/week (travel pay package if qualified)

Available Work Schedules:

• Day/Evening Flex or Evening/Night Flex
• 6:00am - 2:30pm (Days)
• 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Evenings)
• 10:00pm - 6:30am (Nights)
• 40 hours/week guaranteed
• Every other weekend

Contract Term: 14 weeks to start (extension likely)

Job Details:

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
• Must have AHA BLS
• One year of healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
