Base Pay: $14.80–$20.40/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, repositioning, toileting)
Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in condition
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Maintain a safe, calm, and clean environment
Work collaboratively with licensed nurses and fellow team members
Document care accurately and timely
What We’re Looking For:
Active CNA certification in the state of employment (required)
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Caring, patient, and dependable personality
Ability to work independently and stay organized overnight
