What You'll Do
Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
Record vital signs and observe residents' conditions.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
Uphold resident dignity while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
What We're Looking For
Active Florida CNA certification required.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, patient, and dependable attitude.
