We're hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our assisted living team. This is a hands-on care role focused on supporting residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety in a resident-centered environment.

Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
Assist with meals, transfers, and daily routines
Encourage resident engagement and social interaction
Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
Follow individualized care plans and delegated nursing tasks
Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times
Active CNA certification in the state of employment
Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to complete electronic documentation
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and transfers
