Job Responsibilities:- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Document patient care and observations accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Attend in-service training and continuing education programs as required
