We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team for weekend double shifts. 7am-11pm. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, resident-focused, and passionate about providing exceptional care.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance
- Check and change residents every two hours
- Engage with residents through conversation, activities, and companionship to promote their emotional well-being and quality of life
- Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, bed making, and maintaining resident rooms
- Ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
- Assist with medication administration and work the medication cart when needed (CMA only)
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Follow all facility policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
- Assist during mealtimes, and other duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Oklahoma CNA or CMA certification
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team while providing excellent resident care
- Arriving on time for schedudled shifts
