About the Role:
KINDHEARTED HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/CMT to join our growing team in Bowie, AL. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients by providing hands-on care and medication support in a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Administer medications accurately and safely as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, health changes, and daily progress
• Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maryland
• Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required
• Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to caregiving
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
