About the Role: KINDHEARTED HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/CMT to join our growing team in Bowie, AL. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
Administer medications accurately and safely as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
Monitor and document patient vital signs, health changes, and daily progress
Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights
Requirements:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maryland
Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to caregiving
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
