CNAs are honored to be part of deeply vulnerable moments with patients and families, often present at the bedside when someone passes. Our team works closely to ensure the highest quality experience, with CNAs serving as the eyes and ears of the interdisciplinary team.If you value being part of this sacred journey and honoring the dignity and respect every individual deserves in their final moments, we want to hear from you.

CNA Qualifications:

• Must have current, state CNA certification.
• 6 months of current experience as a CNA is required.
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.
• Must have personal transportation, valid driver’s license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.

CNA Schedule & Benefits:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Travel to the office in Plymouth Meeting, PA is required
