About the Role:
Harrie's Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Snellville, GA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients by delivering personalized, high-quality care right in the comfort of their homes.



Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety
• Support patients with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members
• Follow individualized care plans and document patient progress accurately

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
• Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control, and care protocols
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Snellville, GA area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
