Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Enhanced Community Support Services

Are you a CNA who loves caring for people but is ready for something different?

Imagine spending your shift supporting one individual instead of caring for 15 or 20 patients.

At Integrity Support Solutions, our CNAs work one-on-one with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who require Enhanced Supports. You'll build meaningful relationships while helping individuals live safely, independently, and successfully in their homes and communities.

If you're compassionate, dependable, patient, and passionate about making a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
As a CNA providing Enhanced Supports, you may:

  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Support mobility and safe transfers
  • Assist with feeding and hydration when appropriate
  • Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
  • Support individuals with complex medical or behavioral needs
  • Follow individualized support plans
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities
  • Promote independence while ensuring health and safety
  • Complete accurate documentation and service notes
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and clinical professionals
What Makes This Position Different?
Unlike working in a hospital or nursing facility, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work one-on-one with the same individuals
  • Build meaningful relationships
  • Help people achieve personal goals—not just complete tasks
  • Spend time in the community rather than behind hospital walls
  • Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team
  • Make a genuine difference in someone's everyday life
Qualifications
Required:

  • Current CNA certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass all required background checks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorders
  • Experience supporting individuals with behavioral or medical needs
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
We're Looking For People Who Are
  • Compassionate
  • Patient
  • Reliable
  • Honest
  • Calm under pressure
  • Excellent communicators
  • Team players
  • Problem solvers
  • Passionate about helping others succeed
