CNA Field - Wimauma / Sun City

Suncoast Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA Field to work with us in Wimauma / Sun City while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p.

What youll Do:

• Responsible for providing personal care and tasks related to the activities of daily living.
• Responds sensitively to patient/family needs by observing and reporting any changes, including physical, spiritual, social and emotional, to a registered nurse.
• Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, the CNA provides personal and basic medical care services within the plan of care for patients within the CNA scope of practice and to enhance patient and family comfort.

What Youll Need:

• Experience: One to three months and/or training preferred.
• Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License).
• Valid Florida State Driver's License
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
