Phoenix Home Care is hiring a skilled caregiver or CNA to provide compassionate, dependable in-home care for clients in the Eldon area. With multiple clients needing support, there are opportunities for caregivers looking to build a consistent part-time schedule.

Your Role Includes

• Personal care and daily activities
• Safe mobility assistance and transfers
• Hoyer lift transfers and catheter care
• Meal preparation and assistance with household routines
• Companionship and one-on-one support
• Following each client's individualized care plan

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience providing hands-on in-home care
• Skilled caregiver or CNA experience preferred
• Dependable, compassionate, and attentive
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
