Richmond Health Care Center is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. We are looking for dependable and caring Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team!
Position Summary:
The CNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance (transfers, ambulation, repositioning)
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
- Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
- Ensure residents’ rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Provide compassionate care and excellent customer service to residents and families
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification (State of Texas required)
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
