We are looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a full-time PM shift. As a CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care that enhances the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of our residents. Working alongside our experienced nursing team, you'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest level of independence while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Position Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to assigned residents
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to the licensed nursing staff
Answer resident call lights promptly and respond to individual care needs
Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
Support residents' dignity, independence, and overall well-being at all times
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of California
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
