CNA – Full-Time (Contract to Perm, 13 Weeks)

Location: NY 14456
Pay: $762/week
Schedule: Full-time, 5 x 7.5-hour day or evening shifts (scheduled as needed), EOW and holiday coverage required

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under RN/LPN supervision (ADLs, mobility, restorative care)

• Maintain resident safety and a clean environment; respond to call lights and monitor equipment

• Assist with meals and nutrition; honor resident preferences

• Document care and report changes in resident condition promptly

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (Required)

• BLS (AHA or RQI) certification

• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
