CNA, GNA, LPN, RN

We are seeking several CNAs, GNAs, LPNs and RNs to join our team! You will be responsible for the care, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients within the constraints of your license.

Responsibilities:

Correctional LPNs/RNs will:

• Care for and treat detainees in correctional facilities.
• Duties will vary and may include but are not limited to medication administration, immunizations, admissions, and first aid
• Monitor basic patient health, i.e. vital signs and overall condition and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Provides safe and effective nursing care and assumes responsibility for the care delivered
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Dressing changes on wounds
• Assist with and/ or procedures and administration of medications.

GNAswill:

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) to nursing home residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident status to charge nurse or shift supervisor

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited program in your field of work
• Currently licensed or certified according to state requirements
• Possession of an active CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• A background check, security clearance and drug screening will be required for the correctional roles
