About the Role:
Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Hartwell, GA. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
• Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members regarding patient status
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all homecare policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia
• Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home setting
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in and around Hartwell, GA
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
