Expected pay for this position is $20.41 - $24.01/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

:   SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS: - Weekend: $1.75/hour SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE! - $1,600 Sign On Bonus with a 1-year work commitment. - Must be of legal age to sign a contract, which is at least 18 years old, to be eligible for a sign on bonus. Candidates under 18 years old may still be considered for the position but are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Dialysis Technician/CNA is responsible for the care of patients requiring dialysis treatments. Performs hemodialysis treatments including access through fistulas, grafts, or hemodialysis catheters under the supervison of a RN Dialysis as prescribed by the physician.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Education: High School Diploma or GED

-Licensure/Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant in current state American Heart Association, BLS for healthcare provider CPR Certified, Clinical Hemodialysis Technician certification within 18 months as required by CMS

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-One year clinical dialysis experience

-National Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician certification
