Position Details
Location: Delaware County
Role: Hospice Aide (CNA or HHA)
Setting: Patient homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities
Shift Availability: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Status: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
What You'll Do
Active CNA certification or HHA credential
Prior hospice or end-of-life caregiving experience required
Experience working in assisted living facilities required
Experience providing companionship care required
Reliable transportation
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong observation and reporting skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to safely assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility support
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eligibility to work in the United States
Requirements
Related caregiving experience required; CNA or HHA experience preferred.
Prior hospice or end-of-life caregiving experience required.
Experience in assisted living facilities required.
Experience providing companionship care required.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to safely perform patient transfers, repositioning, and mobility assistance.
Active CNA certification or HHA credential.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Availability to work day shifts of 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
