The Commons in Lincoln, a premier community within Benchmark, is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) to join our Assisted Living/Mind and Memory team! CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingDocumenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Valid Massachusetts CNA/HHA license requiredPrior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience working with people with dementia is desired
