CNA/HHA - Caregiver

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Day and Night Shifts Available

Work Setting: One-on-One Private In-Home Care

What You Will Do

• Personalized Support: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.

• Safe Mobility: Guide safe transfers, walking, repositioning, and fall prevention protocols.

• Companionship: Provide warm emotional support and engaging conversation.

• Household Assistance: Prepare tailored meals, give timely medication reminders, and handle light housekeeping centered around the client's living space.

• Health Monitoring: Carefully observe and report any changes in client conditions to the care team.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Active HHA certificate or CNA credential.

• At least 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience.

• Reliable and dependable transportation.

• Strong communication skills and genuine empathy.

• High standards of professionalism, punctuality, and trust.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR certification.

• Prior experience delivering private, one-on-one home care.
