Golden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/HHA to join our growing team in Chicago, IL! Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient health, behavior, or condition to supervising staff
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional monitoring
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean patient environment
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification in Illinois
• Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
