CNA/ HHA / Direct Care Personnel

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable employee to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The employee will assist with activities of the center and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

  Assist with feedings and changes

• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aid certification preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Pediatric Patients

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules

• Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed
