CNA/Home Health Aide

CNA/Home Health Aid Level 1 Position LifeChanges Family Guidance & Wellness Inc. 
 We are hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Home Health Aids and Clinical Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home direct care for our patients residing in Lexington, SC!  We are located at: 1404 C West Main Street, Lexington, SC 29072
Essential Functions:

• Working with all ages and disabilities
• Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse
• Communicate with the health care team and family members
• Assigned to specific patients and performs Level I services as necessary to maintain quality living
• Benefit from one-on-one patient relationships and contribute to the satisfaction of enhancing health, peace of mind, and quality of life 
• Follow instructions of RN in charge and company
• Assists with essential activities of daily living, including eating, laundry, groceries, mobility, taking out trash, etc. Duties vary on the medical status of the patient. In addition, contributes to ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients 
• Maintain a sanitized and clean environment
• Complete and submit appropriate documentation

Qualifications:

• 
  At least eighteen (18) years of age
• Current CPR certification and TB test
• Pass background check
  
  

Standard Rate: $14.50 Hourly
