What You'll Do

As a valued member of our Hospice team, you will:

• Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities
• Support comfort and safety within the home environment
• Offer emotional support and reassurance to both patients and their families
• Observe and promptly communicate changes in patient condition to the RN and clinical leadership team
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient space
• Accurately document care provided in accordance with agency standards
• Assist with prescribed therapy exercises under clinical supervision
• Uphold patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

• No 12-hour shift. This position is 8-5
• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification through the State of Texas
• Ability to work compassionately with patients and families from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to recognize changes in patient condition and report appropriately
• Dependable attendance and excellent work habits
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
