Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable CNA Instructor (LPN) to join our team in Jasper, GA. This role is ideal for a Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of certified nursing assistants. As a CNA Instructor, you will play a vital role in training students to provide high-quality care to seniors in our community.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging instructional content to CNA students following approved curriculum guidelines.
Teach both theoretical and practical nursing skills to prepare students for certification and real-world patient care.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical examinations, and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to CNA training.
Collaborate with company leadership to continuously improve training methods and materials.
Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid license in the state of Georgia.
Previous experience as a CNA Instructor or in a similar teaching/training role preferred.
Strong knowledge of CNA duties, patient care standards, and nursing best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to succeed.
