Schedule: 40 hours/week | Every other weekend and holiday
Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate: $29–$31/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and document vital signs
• Assist with oral care, nail care, catheter care, and basic care needs
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
• Assist with wheelchair mobility, transportation, repositioning, and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain resident rooms and change linens
• Prepare and serve food trays
• Document food/fluid intake and output
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
