Schedule: 5x8 Hour Shifts
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekend availability required as needed
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality resident care within a Long Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing environment. The ideal candidate will support residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident and patient care assistance
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and hygiene care
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- Support nursing staff with routine patient care activities
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
- Utilize electronic charting systems, including PCC documentation
Requirements
- Active CNA certification required
- Previous Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work five 8-hour shifts per week
- Weekend flexibility required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and dependable work ethic
- Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred
- PCC charting experience preferred
- BLS certification preferred
