CNA – Long Term Care (LTC)

Pay Rate: $24–$27/hr

Job Summary

Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a Long-Term Care facility. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Perform safe patient transfers, repositioning, and mobility assistance.

• Take and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output.

• Provide skin care and support pressure injury prevention.

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.

• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.

• Follow infection control and PPE protocols.

• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff.

• Complete required documentation accurately.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification required.

• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience.

• First-time travelers accepted.

• Must be willing to float as needed.

• Every other weekend required.

• Travelers must live 50+ miles from the facility.

• Fingerprint forms must be submitted within 48 hours of signing.

• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Pay Rate: $24–$27/hr
