Job Summary The Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A) assists staff members with and contributes to the implementation of the total resident/patient plan of care which includes activities of daily living (eating, dressing, personal care, toileting), education, recreation, and transportation in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of the nursing department.
The C.N.A is directly responsible to the RN/LPN team leader. The C.N.A maintains resident/patient privacy and confidentiality and performs duties in compliance with BNRC's, A Member of Covenant Health, policies and procedures.
Education Requirements- Must hold an active Maine C.N.A License
Other Skill Required- As sists with all resident/patient routine activities of daily living including:
- Feeding
- Bathing
- Ambulating
- Skin Care
