Job Title: Travel CNA / Nurse Assistant – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Seward, AK 99664
Job Type: Contract – 13 or 26 Weeks

Total Staffed Beds: 40
Shift Options:
4x12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
4x12-Hour Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 Weeks
Caregivers generally remain on one shift unless urgent staffing needs arise.
About the Role:
Seeking experienced CNA / Nurse Assistants to provide compassionate resident care in a Long Term Care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to LTC residents
Assist residents with daily care needs and activities
Float within scope to support facility needs
Follow facility policies and procedures
Utilize electronic charting systems accurately
Support resident comfort, safety, and well-being
Collaborate with nursing and healthcare staff
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Previous travel experience required
Minimum 1 year LTC CNA experience required
Active CNA certification required
BLS certification required
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong communication and patient care skills
Experience in long-term care environments preferred
Orientation:
40 Hours On-Site Orientation (Non-Billable)
