Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – LTC | Local Candidates Only
Location: Far Rockaway, NY
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Shift: Variable Day Shifts
Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – LTC for an exciting Local job in Far Rockaway, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions
• Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and personal care needs
• Maintain patient comfort and safety
• Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare staff
• Follow infection control and facility safety guidelines
• Accurately document patient care activities

Required Qualifications:

• Active CNA Certification
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent LTC/SNF experience required
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Ability to work variable day shifts and overtime if needed
• Must be comfortable working every other weekend
• Strong patient care and communication skills
