Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant – Skilled Nursing
Location: Fergus Falls, MN
Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Variable Evenings/Nights | 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours Per Week
Pay: $15/hr - $19/hr (Based on Experience)
(Travellers and Local candidates both are accepted)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a flexible CNA to work primarily evening shifts with occasional night and day coverage. Facility housing is included.
Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered care.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
Document resident care using PCC.
Support nursing staff with daily resident care activities.
Required Qualifications
Active Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
Minnesota license verification.
Weekend flexibility.
Facility interview required.
No artificial nails.
Full Minnesota NetStudy clearance (or approved pending status).
Dementia education.
TB compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
