Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant – Long-Term Care 
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Nights (NOC) | 12-hour shifts (Weekend availability required)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr

Job Summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an immediate night shift assignment. Candidates must be comfortable working weekends and providing compassionate care to long-term care residents.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance
• Record patient care accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare staff

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently on night shifts
