Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
We are seeking an experienced LPN for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility to provide compassionate nursing care to residents. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents' conditions, completing accurate documentation, assisting with daily care needs, communicating changes in condition to the RN/provider, and collaborating with CNAs and the healthcare team. Requirements:
Active LPN license
LTC/SNF experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work night shifts
BLS certification preferred/required as applicable
Reliable and compassionate approach to resident care
