Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a CNA-LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a temporary 16 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: CNA - LTC
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16-week contract with possible extension
Work Schedule: Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:00 / Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00 / Day (5x8 Hours) 6:45 15:15 / Night (5x8 Hours) 22:45 7:15


Key Responsibilitie s:
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
  • Helping patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety
  • Providing compassionate patient care and emotional support
  • Assisting nurses and healthcare staff with patient procedures and treatments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting care provided
  • Ensuring patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Observing and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to nursing staff
  • Following infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times
  • Assisting with meal distribution and monitoring patients' food and fluid intake
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid CNA license in NY- No License hits allowed
  • BLS/CPR certified
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
