Featherstone Residential Care of Miami is now hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team! We are looking for CNA/MATs and CMA/ACMAs who are passionate about resident care and want to be part of a positive, team-focused environment.

Available Shifts

• Double Weekend & Night Shift 
• Weekday Shifts:
  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate and respectful care
• Safely pass medications as assigned (MAT or CMA/ACMA)
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility
• Maintain accurate charting and communication
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Work closely with nursing staff and fellow caregivers

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma CNA, MAT, CMA, or ACMA certification
• Dependable and compassionate
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Residential care experience preferred but not required
