Are you passionate about patient care and teamwork? Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients from newborns to geriatrics, including those in Transitions–Post Acute Care (T-PAC).
Under the guidance of an RN, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for patients and their families—while growing your skills in a fast-paced clinical setting.
What you'll do:
Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Support patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
Assist nurses with daily care, monitoring, and patient observations
Participate in shift reports and communicate patient updates clearly
Recognize changes in patient condition and report promptly
Conduct patient rounds and complete accurate EHR documentation
Assist with patient transfers and transportation
Keep patient care areas stocked, clean, and organized
Be a key part of a collaborative, patient-centered care team
What you bring:
Completion of a state-certified CNA training program
CNA certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days
At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
BLS certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days
A caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
Physical and work expectations:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and move patients and equipment safely (with or without assistance)
Operate medical equipment and respond to alarms
Thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress healthcare environment
