Job Summary:

Position Title: CNA – Med Surg
Location: Portland, OR 97216
Duration: 13-week
Work Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Pay rate: 25-27$/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of an RN.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal care.
• Assist with nutrition, hydration, elimination, positioning, and restorative care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure.
• Assist with patient mobility and basic care needs.
• Report patient status and concerns to the RN.
• Assist with positioning devices and restraints as directed.
• Perform assigned clerical duties and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prioritize tasks and help maintain smooth unit operations.

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC experience REQUIRED.
• Must be available for 36 hours/week.
• Must be available to start on 09/14/2026.
• Holiday RTO will not be approved.
• Must be flexible to work required holidays if scheduled.
