About the Role:
Long Term Care Operations 360 is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Medication Aid to join our caring team at The Gardenias in Hampton, GA. We are hiring for all three 8-hour shifts. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every single day. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support
• Administer medications accurately and on schedule in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and any changes in condition
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration for residents
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and family members regarding resident care needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Follow all long-term care regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and facility policies

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia
• Medication Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Prior experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living facility preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
